Delete your Valedo account

This page explains how to delete your Valedo account (operated by Urgify, Co.) and the data linked to it on valedo.app and in the Valedo iOS and Android apps.

Delete in the app or on the website (recommended)

1. Open Valedo and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Profile (person icon / profile screen).
3. Tap or click Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked. Deletion starts immediately.

On the website, the same control is in Profile after you sign in.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email or phone number on the account (or include that contact in the message) and ask us to delete the account. We will verify ownership and process the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove from Valedo:

• Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar, preferences)
• Your lists, items, item photos, and reminders
• Shares and invites tied to your account
• Device notification tokens for that account

What may be retained

• Short-lived backup copies may remain for a limited period (typically up to 30 days), then are overwritten or purged in the normal backup cycle.
• We may keep information when required by law, to resolve a dispute, or to prevent abuse (for example, records needed for security or legal compliance).
• Content on lists you shared may still appear for other members until they remove it; your account itself is deleted.
